Shared Folder Structure
When a user is granted access to some shared information, a WinPST Public Folder will appear as a top level folder in the list of Microsoft Outlook folders.
If the user has been granted access to one or more users’ folders, then a folder representing each user will appear as a child folder of the WinPST Public Folder. All personal folders to which this user has been given access will appear as child folders under the appropriate user folder.
Also, when the Public Folder is created in WinPST Administrator, and the user has been granted access to this Public Folder, this Public Folder will appear in the user’s Microsoft Outlook as a child folder of the WinPST Public Folder.
