Click the Synchronize button inthe Outlook, an error message pop up.
Please check the followings:
- WinPST Server hasn't started. Please start it to solve this problem;
- The listening port of WinPST Server is different from that of the Client (Default： 8088). Please open the Outlook, click Settings button on toolbar, select Connection tab, then specify the Port to be the same as the listening port of the server. If there's a network firewall, you need to make sure this port is available;
- There may be a network problem preventing you from accessing the network where you want to connect WinPST Server, please contact your administrator to solve this network problem.
